Verizon Wireless is continuing to expand its 4G LTE network in Michigan. This week, the company rolled out its advanced, high-speed wireless network across much of Berrien County, including Baroda, Berrien Springs, Bridgman, Buchanan, Galien, Harbert, Lakeview, Lakeside, New Buffalo and Sawyer. Verizon’s 4G LTE coverage now extends along US-31 and I-94 south of St. Joseph to the Michigan/Indiana border.
By mid-2013, the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network will be available in the vast majority of markets where we currently offer 3G service, and by the end of 2013, our 4G LTE network will cover our 3G footprint.
The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network reaches 273.5 million people across the country – close to 89 percent of the U.S. population – and is now available in more than 480 cities.
